The logo for the International Roads, Bridges and Tunnels Fair visualizes the content of the fair by joining “road” and “tunnel” — the main components of the event — and giving the “nn” part in the word “tunnel” a realistic tunnel form. Written in Roman numerals, two (II) was preferred to symbolize bridge feet and the “to” connective in English, which acts as a bridge.
